Description
The “no trespassing” signs don’t seem to be working. Can we please hold owner of this property to the Midtown standard? Lots like this surely don’t make Midtown a walkable place- it looks bad, smells bad, and is not safe to walk by.

Property with booze bottles early this morning. HPD has been called to the property dozens of times to clear it out. Can the property owner be charged for their time. This is absolutely ridiculous to have to live next to this. Come on Midtown, come on Houston, please get this owner to clean and secure the property.
