Description

Trash truck driver continually dumps waste water directly in front of my property (which faces onto 46th St S, where pickup occurs). Not along the rest of the route before or after (as seen in photo, and I have add'l video and photo proof)...the waste water is dumped along the curb of my property exactly. Not only is this EXTREMELY unsanitary for my health and my pet; but it also reeks so extremely that I become nauseous going into my yard afterward! It is most days of pickup (every Mon & Thurs).

This has occurred continually for years. It has been reported to Sanitation and their Supervisor for years. NOTHING has been done to correct the situation. It is not the only issue that I have reported with the driver on this route (ie he came into my yard and accosted me when I had to call in one time for a missed container pickup; and again their Supervisor was made aware, and there was witness to that issue).

I realize that this sounds like a citizen imagining herself as a victim. I assure you, it is not imaginary. I have done everything I can to discuss the issue reasonably with Sanitation (which recently includes the receptionist telling me it's not possible and keeping my call 15 minutes on hold before transferring to a voicemail). They have done nothing to resolve the issue.

PLEASE do not just send this to Sanitation with no assistance. Please direct it to the department who can step in when Sanitation is not managing this unacceptable issue. As stated, I have definitive photos and video showing that this waste is being DUMPED and being TARGETED to my property. There is no sign of even slight drippage of any waste water before or after my property.
