Description

Green algae growing on street and storm gutter It grows as wide as two feet and as long as 20 feet and two inches deep. Every two weeks it requires pressure cleaning or hosing down to wash it to the next storm drain.
Never had problem until neighbor installed drain pipe from yard thru concrete curb.
