Description

Just past the turn from High Point Drive onto Beaver Court there is a culvert pipe that runs under the road. It has sunken so much into the ground it has created a large dip in the road that is a major hazard for bicyclist and drivers. There is a smaller one also on the same road that is starting to also cave in.
