Description

red light right turns onto macarthur from park blvd. needs to be banned. too many inattentive drivers speed into or through the crosswalk to make their turn as pedestrians cross. since it’s mostly a blind turn up until you pass the crosswalk while driving, there should already be a banned right on red. it’s also a school zone.
