Keep calling, the squeaky wheel gets the grease

The Nissan Rogue is my daughters car. It was totaled and we still don't have any information on the driver who hit the cars. You can determine already that she was definitively moving at a high speed to do that much damage to parked cars. I agree there should be speed bumps for safety.

@Lisa: that information is on the police report. You can go down to New Haven police department and pick up a copy. By now the insurance company should have it too...
