Description

The new traffic circle is fine, but when traveling south on 64 here visibility into oncoming traffic is obscured by the concrete guard rail on the left. Seems like it defeats the purpose of the circle if you practically have to stop here every time you need to enter it. Surely a see-thru type barrier was available.
