Description

A good-sized truckload of mixed fill dirt, broken concrete and miscellaneous construction debris has been dumped in the public right-of-way in front of this house, where it has remained untouched for several weeks. Because our neighborhood lacks sidewalks, this pile is forcing pedestrians -- including kids on their way to and from the school bus -- to walk in the street. And of course there's no way of knowing what kind of materials are actually in the pile, beyond jagged concrete and what look like mangled lengths of plumbing pipe. (There is a similar pile inside the front fence of this property, clearly on private property but also clearly an eyesore.)
