Ongoing battle of residents of Troy Hill Estates leaving shopping carriages infront of the complex. To be specific, in front of their fence enclosure that conceals their dumpster. There have been MANY carriages left there over the past several months. Calling the manager of Shaws has gotten us no where. Also, speaking withTroy Hill's management company as yielded no good results.This is a nuisance and an eye sore to the neighbors who care about this neighborhood and the community.
