1535Taylor ave ,still windows broken and ready to fall while some poor un-suspecting person walks under them and there is no other way into the building but to walk under these broken windows. the floors in the halls are filfthy, it looks like the building has been abndonden. go to the sid of the buildiong and whow to the person,firman,policeman, tenant because it is blocked by garbage and yes, snow. the empty apts, in the building are garbabe and pigion infested. there has been no heat or hot water ,it feels colder in the house than out. MILBANK REAL ESTATE ,now in forclouser, is responsible for this . this Landlord collected rents, and pocketed the cash. nothing went into the building. broken step and the piece of marble thrown to the siode and 2 pieces of shabby wood put in its place. this seems criminal to me i believe that the MILBANK REAL ESTATE should be put behind bars or better yet live in the building that they have left unattended. We at 1535 Taylor ave need help, for we are babies ,old and sick, we work and we pay our rent this should not be in this great city of NEW YORK.

here at 1535 Taylor ave, like everything at this building, is broken. The windows have never been repaired, the halls don't get cleaned, there is a board over the door frame where a door should be. this apt. ,on the 3rd fl. , has no walls they were torn down , the job, never finished. the same is on the 4th fl, this has a door but the apt is used to keep the garbage cleaned out from other apts. there are no walls. there has been heat, but only a day then two no heat . The landlord MILBANK REAL ESTATE , the worst landlord this is a blight on the city and the owner should be held accountable befor someone gets hurt or worst. help

these windows at 1535 taylor ave, owner management, MILBANK REAL ESTATE,are still broken, worst yet they are more broken than before. the building ,1535 Taylor ave, is already freezing these broken windows just make it more cold inside than outside. this does not make sense. i have on gloved hands witout fingers so i am able to type , or other things. there is a heater on in the bedroom and a stove, boiling water in the kitchen. MILBANK REAL ESTATE is in forclouser and a reciever has been apointed. MILBANK REAL ESTATE never should have this or any other building. the reason is that they collect the monies from tenants and care not for the property. it looses value because the conditions are becoming bad to worst. These windows are hanging out where any unsuspetcing person can get hurt. the same when the house is cold we tenants are using other means to keep warm, this can become a real problem. Please help the tenants of 1535 Taylor ave. we are children,old, sick and we desirve better.

we still have broken windows, empty apts used to dump garbage. apts that have a board in place of the door. so far the boiler has been fixed and the heat and hot water is on these being the most important. then the halls were cleaned but the garbage was all put into one of the empty apts. the walls were stripped and now it is just a garbage dump. the same for the side of the building the garbage is "over the top" it gives this building a very bad rep. not to say it doesn't already. but here at 1535 Taylor ave there is still much to do . there is a city play-ground accross the street and a school so the buildings should reflect a good neighborhood that cares for it children, yet the garbage and griffiti, the doggie poop, the buildings not kept clean , it is an attitude that just continues and seems no one cares.

1535 Taylor ave has gone into forclouser & rightlly so . once this happened the court appointed a reciever , and city management in order to make the nessary repairs. the windows in the halls have been repaired while the windows in most apt.do not get repaired . so i am closing this issue because the hall windows at 2535 taylor ave have been replaced . thank you .
