Please have a traffic engineer look at the intersection of Balmoral and Eagletree. The yield and right of way signage makes no sense now that Eagletree is actually used. Eagletree is the "through" street and yet its signage is "Yield" in both directions. Balmoral is the "dead end" street, yet there is no signage on Balmoral and thus it carries the right of way. This intersection is now marked the opposite of what the natural flow pattern actually is. Today I watched 4 cars on the right of way come to a dead stop because they assumed they needed to stop because they were at the dead end and needed to stop. However, the cars on Eagletree were stopped at the yield sign waiting for the cars with the right of way to move. Please make Balmoral a stop sign, that only makes sense. Eagletree should be unmarked and have the right of way.
