Thank you for reaching out to us. Public Works Services utilizes a specialty Contractor to repair trip hazards on City streets as a part of our ADA transition plan. This effort works in coordination with our resurfacing program. Prior to a City street being resurfaced, the utilities are vetted in the street and necessary concrete repairs are made that are more severe than a standard trip hazard. Once the street has been resurfaced it is placed on a repair list and submitted to our trip hazard repair contractor.
