Description
Why are Tosh Sharp's campaign signs allowed to be put in public right-of-ways, when that clearly violates campaign law that all signs be placed on private property? His signs are all over the city, almost all in public places and have been allowed to stay there. Does the city enforce campaign rules about signage?

I'm sure Mr Sharp appreciates abiding by our community's rules and did not intentionally have his sign placed incorrectly.
I'd appreciate pointers to the applicable TMC sections, if possible.
