This appears to be a non city owned stormwater pipe - We will have the stormwater dept review the location and if the property owner is responsible we will forward to the Codes Compliance dept for further action. Thank you for your assistance

A Stormwater crew investigated this issue on 9/19/19 and found that this is located on Private Property. Therefore, it's not an issue stormwater can take care of.
