Description

The traffic light on Clark Road Westbound at the intersection of I-75 North does not stay green long enough to accommodate the flow of traffic. The light remains red for several minutes to allow traffic exiting I-75 to head Westbound on Clark Road and to allow traffic entering I-75 Northbound from Clark Road. However, the light is green for only a few seconds for traffic heading Westbound on Clark Road. As a result, the traffic backs up, sometimes to Twin Lakes Park, and it can take 15-20 minutes to get through the intersection, requiring several traffic light cycles.
