These windows are still missing and it is October.

Still missing windows in late January! And they have a for rent sign out front. Grafitti, too. The landlord needs to fix these problems. It makes the neighborhood look like a ghetto.

Shockingly the windows have been replaced - after such a cold, vicious winter. I believe you can close this issue.
