Meter doesn't provide receipts. Sticking a sign on it that says no receipts is not a suitable solution, since the meter on Dickinson doesn't work, and the meter closer to on University across from the intersection of Dickinson took THREE different credit cards and fifteen minutes before it decided to work. This is pathetic. You raised the rates and installed non-working equipment.
