Still blinking. There are several along when word near this one reported that are blinking. Looks to me like there was a bad batch of bulb replacements put in on the stretch!

Thank you for reporting this issue. Street light maintenance is performed by local power companies. The City has notified the appropriate utility company of this to schedule repairs. This issue will be kept open until the outage is repaired.
