  Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. The City is working to design and implement changes to the intersection of Winter Street and Bridge Street and we hope this will alleviate some of the concerns you mentioned. Speed bumps are not a viable solution here due to the high volume of traffic on the roadway and it being a state highway. We will continue to monitor speed on the street after we have implemented the changes at Winter and Bridge.
