There needs to be more trash receptacles along N. Main, by Crovos liquors and the entry to America's food basket. This area is littered with nips, wrappers, coffee cups. When ppl get on/off bus here, they just leave their trash.

You can put trash receptacles there but most people won't use them !!
There are multiple trash receptacles at the Randolph High Track/Fields but every morning there is trash all over, some right next to them. Some of it is generated my the students that use it under the supervision of coaches who should make sure that is picked up before they leave!!
Instead the school dept cleans it up every morning.
You can see it all over any parking lot that has a convenience store or take out food. The owners of the properties should be responsible for cleaning it a daily basis. It should be a condition of the license and owners fined when they do not comply.
