Description

Owner did his yard work on Thursday and placed lawn debris out on main thoroughfare. He must be unaware of our community rules or he just doesn’t care. Also, he placed the debris where everyone driving down FCR can see it but doesn’t place in front of his house. Even the homeowner doesn’t want to see his own debris but isn’t concerned about his neighbors.
