Trash everywhere? Really don't see trash everywhere, just a picture of a weed. You need to find a hobby.

Sorry the poster didn’t snap a shot of the trash too. This property has been cited repeatedly, yet they seem to ignore trash cleanup. There is more than enough trash on this property for everyone to see if you go by. The corner of the property next to Atlanta Street is piled up with cans, butts, and other trash. I don’t understand how it becomes so unkempt if the City is citing the owner to maintain the property - they could SHOVEL the trash from that corner almost weekly. It’s NOT cleaned up on a regular basis. And the weeds may be the responsibility of the right of way maintenance from the CITY, but the trash should be kept clean by the OWNER of the property. There are no trash cans on the corner - don’t know if that would help or if the trash is an accumulation from the rest of the lot. It’s disgraceful.

I agree with Ms Jackson's comment. The owners of this property need to be held accountable for routine cleaning and maintenance. Their lawn service just mows over the trash and it scatters shreds of paper and debris everywhere. It's a disgrace to our city.

Thank you for continuing to pursue this problem. As of Monday, the trash pile on the property was the worst ever. It appears no positive action is being taken for some reason.

As of today, the property is still in the same condition as stated by Ms Jackson. Weeds are over 12" high, trash and butts everywhere. Can the city not pay someone to clean it up and then charge it back to property owner on their taxes?

You indicate that this property is "in compliance" - attached is a photo taken November 1st of the corner of their parking lot next to Atlanta Street. If you consider this in compliance, I am really disappointed. This is a CONSTANT EYESORE at the gateway to the Historic district.

Still trash in parking lot as Ms Jackson indicates.

This SCF reference #6707481 will remain close. The original SCF(6707481) was in compliance as of 10/28/19.
A new SCF reference# 6923578 is currently open and ongoing. Staff has created a new internal case and will follow up on the property under SCF#6923578
