I am no longer confident that the town has taken this seriously. I understand that when I 1st brought this to the attention of the Town of Poughkeepsie Highway dept, it was winter, they were busy with leaf removal, then it was the holidays and now its the snow.. So they are busy.. On my followup with them, I asked if this issue made it on a "To-Do" list. I really did not care if it was going to be addressed in the spring, I just wanted to make sure it was on the To-Do list.. I was told the highway dept lives in the moment. I would have thought our Highway dept would be putting together project plans for the coming months. Just thought that would be "Normal Business". I was wrong.

This issue has still not been resolved. When the snow clears, I will contact the highway dept and my town councilmen in hopes that this can be closed out.
