Thre is a light bulb and wires hanging over the sidewalk. It does not appear safe. It looks like it is connected to a house nearby.

This issue persists. This is not a utility company issue, it appears that a resident hung up this light and wires on public property.

This is not utility company wires. These are extension cords and some lights somebody hung up. And there's no way this is legal or safe.
