If trash is dumped, they could just do what Idid..let the city know. I think Ist fksfo t u detstsnd the trash lick up is one truck, one driver with automatic lever that picks up trash can only. It's not the old way of 2 or 3 workers per truck. When people see trash gets cleaned up in alley, they may not realize some else has let the city know.
