This structure do not meet the requirements of the building codes of Richmond Va under which was altered. Present conditions are that considered unsafe

Inside the house expose and hanging wires thru out, she had live 220 outlet in one upstair bed room, the house is not a split unit only have on meter, the owner is currently renting 3 bedrooms out to tenants, unfinish kitchen with no running water

no permit was pulled, for rough in water and drain in upstair and downstair bathrooms, no water supply to downstair shower and sink
Hot water heater install in attic on it side, not up right
causing water damage to ceiling in upstair occupy bedroom
same room with live 220 outlet
No drip pan to support water on hot water heater
Open duct work in ceiling in upstairs hallway,
two one ton cenral air condition units install with not proper support in roof of rear occupy bedroom
Fire resistive rating are not meet in walls thru out , floors and doors
Firat floor rear bedroom , btween kitchen, floor drop 3 to 4 inches, cause inproper load and rotten floor joists
no hand install on flight stairs
no rear light install on back porch , justs expose wires from fixture
inhabitant of the structure is unsafe for anyone to live
EXTERIOR walls, siding and trim has opening thru exposing water, missing guttering and down spout causing water to pour directly onto a city electrical line attch to the house
Window have exposure and gaps causing water in get in the house thru out the building
NO CRAWL SPACE OUT SIDE THE HOUSE
FOUNDATION WALL CRACKS , LOOSE BRICKS
