  The officer who issued the summons responded to 203 Seeley Ave and the driveway was completely blocked. The officer out of courtesy responded to your house and spoke to a male who advised the vehicle was not his. The officer wrote the summons and the same male came out of the house and moved the vehicle back and took a picture depicting the driveway not blocked. The photo that you submitted. I suggest you speak with the person who moved your vehicle and gave you false information about the driveway not being blocked.
