Is GCC company of Lawrenceville paying for the water they are getting from hydrants in Summer Grove? For the past few days I have observed a GCC truck with two large tanks getting water from the hydrants at the green space near the intersection of Pecan Trace and Pecan Crescent. Today I saw many of the same company vehicle working on Lower Fayetteville burying pipe.
