Sidewalk must been busted up when tearing down building. Maybe utility disconnect , gas/water. In the background of the pic is a senior living apt. Please be sure to concrete this quickly. Several residents use power chairs to get out. Another man hard of seeing walks down this sidewalk also. They have a pattern that’s safe for them. Now they are in the road
