Description

Towne Creek - the road behind Midtowne lane - is being finished. A drainage ditch is behind our homes or between where the new homes will be placed on Towne Creek & our homes on Midtowne Lane. - The developer is pushing dirt toward the ditch. There is nothing to prevent the dirt from filling the drainage system. We believe something needs to be placed by the developer to prevent the dirt from flowing the next time it rains.
