Description
There is a travel trailer attached to a pick up truck, an SUV and car (all same owners) parked at the end of Lathrop St towards East Collins St. This trailer was already toward once in August. It was parked there for at least two months. Cars cannot get around it with the new crosswalk buoy. Shouldn't be parked there at all.
