You can imagine my surprise when a police officer showed up at my door last week asking me to move my car at 612 Winthrop. When I asked him why he pointed at my neighbor standing outside at 618 Winthrop…

“She said you have parked here for a week, and you can’t park in the same spot for longer than 8 days.” the officer remarked.
 I told him “No problem officer, this has only been parked in front of my house for a few days while I have some friends visiting, and I’m more than happy to move it…” which I did.

I’ve got cameras on the front and back of my home and I can easily prove that I’ve been parking my Saab behind my house up until the weekend of September 14th. Not on Winthrop for “4,6,8 or more days in a row” as my neighbor has now bold faced lied about in this report. I can also show how often I’ve moved my car just since the 14th as well as all of the times my neighbor has come over to take pictures of it. 

So thanks to Engage Toledo, I now have the issue ID # 6723196 to refer to if my neighbor decides to continue to lie to the police and continue this harassment.

To all of my other neighbors on Winthrop, please just let me know if my car is ever in your way. I’ll be happy to move it for you!
