Please be informed that we still DO NOT have heat nor hot water in the whole building. I just confirmed it with some neighbors to make sure it was not just me.

I live in the building I'm living in a very difficult situation a month ago reached the hospital with my newborn daughter and there was no hot water or heating for a month
The owner of the building is a housing irresponsible ....

the stairs are falling
leaks
peeling paint
mice
cockroach
have never cleaned the building
never have painted the building
The mailbox is broken
blinds are rotten
the door is not locked

I could go cites 10 THINGS ... I HAVE THE EVIDENCE HERE ...
IF THE BUILDING OWNER CAN NOT KEEP IN SITUATIONS THAT AS DECENT sell or give away ....

We called City Council member Joel Rivera's office again today. They said they would call your building owner, as well, about your complaints of no heat or hot water.

Hello Penny (HeatwatchNYC). Here I am again complaining. It seems that the struggle will never end. Although the problem was fixed temporarily, today we woke up without heat and hot water once again. According to one of my neighbors (who checked the basement) the problem will not cease because the heating system that we have in the building is inappropriate to sustain two building and that is why it keeps collapsing. I already called 311 and the landlord. May God be with us.

I see your building had no heat again yesterday. I have called Anthony Mango several times but he will not return my calls. I emailed City Councilman Joel Rivera and asked for his help. Please contact him as well.

Heat and hot water are back, Im closing the issue and hopefully I will not have to reopen In the future. Thanks you all.
