Overgrown lot of house being renovated. No activity for weeks. High weeds in front and back with significant rat activity. Have left a VM for developer w no response.

This house is a serious problem. It is attracting vagrants to the area -- people are using the house, the front porch and now my front porch for a place to sleep. This house is also likely to become a fire hazard like the one a block away that went up in flames when homeless people lit a fire inside for warmth in the late fall.
