Update:
As of 10/09/19 this property is still an open and active case for the Code Enforcement Division. A notice of violation was issued on 10/01/19. On 10/04/19, a certified letter was sent to the property owner.
A revisit of the property is scheduled.

As of 11/21/19 this property is still an open and active case for the Code Enforcement Division. Code Enforcement has been in contact with the homeowner, and work is in progress to bring this property into compliance.
A revisit of the property is scheduled.
