It has been almost a month. What is the timeline for someone addressing this issue? Some of the neighbors are interested in a meeting w/the city official handling this matter

Julie, these initiatives are usually spearheaded by the City Councillor responsible for a given ward. I'm not sure why Councillor Matheson forwarded you to the Mayor's office. If Councillor Matheson is not responding, you can always try your three "At Large" councillors who cover the entire city. Your City Councillor's at Large are Craig Spadafora, David D'Arcangelo and Greg Lucey.
