Thanks for your feedback. This category was not properly directing for a time and are working to clear out. Noted the concerns which will be reviewed with our permitting staff and detail room. Please rest assured that any time an officer is on a post emergency services are automatically re-routed. Note that we recognize some people do drive themselves to the emergency room - for planned work we can make improvements - for emergency work we'll have to work on how to initiate the detour signage.
