Over the last couple of months I’ve watched as the neighbors on each side of the property have had to cut down or trim trees on this persons property. The neighbor to the west is new construction and they had to cut the entire tree down. Today i see that the neighbor to the East is having lots of dead limbs cut off up to where the property line would be aerially. Is the homeowner ever going to be held responsible? The limbs from his trees are a danger to anyone walking in the sidewalk as well as to any parked cars or the neighboring house. With Hurricane season upon us, it’s a serious concern. A concern that, it seemed, the city doesn’t care about. I issue with this property have been going on for years and the city seems to be unable to handle it. It seemed to be a dereliction off duty on your behalf and if there are any injuries or damage from these trees then you will be complicit in that and should be held equally liable
