lol. Sorry but I have to comment on this. If there is concrete in the way that you are almost falling on, then move it. Grab a pair of scissors and cut the weeds. People like to complain, but not do anything for themselves to fix it. Maybe it isn't your responsibility, but you are the one to suffer if you get hurt

it's not other people's responsibility if you want to live like a slob. When your stye spills over onto public property the city needs to step in and do something.

The non shoveling of walkways is a huge problem in this city and could generate a lot of revenue in ticketing and actually doing something about it.
