Description

Why are we using See Click Fix if no-one is monitoring it. All my issues take weeks to acknowledge by city and one issue was closed without a resolution.

The city is in the process of routing See-Click-Fix into our online based system that allows for every city department to access and respond, making for a more streamlined system. You can utilize that system if you so choose by visiting:
