Howard St. crossing Washington is extremely dangerous for drivers making left turns, who do not have an arrow turn signal but must guess who is going to turn, go straight, obey the rules or not. A lot of this is due to the fact that the intersection is not at right angles but "slanted" ad confusing. It seems only a matter of time before there is a major head-on collision at this spot. Please fix with proper left hand turn signals to keep everyone safe!
