I cross at that crosswalk 5 days a week from the west side to the east side of West Side Ave. Drivers rarely stop when the pedestrian sign is flashing. I can force my way with cars driving northbound once I can get onto the street, but the cars driving southbound don't even slow down which leads me to thinks the southbound drivers may not see it.

We have also notified the City's on-call roadway striping/delineator maintenance contractor to replace the yellow flexible delineators at this location. The delineators are expected to be installed in the coming weeks.

This is still a major issue. Drivers constantly ignore the flashing lights even when children are crossing! This section, one of the main entrances for Lincoln park needs a traffic light, surveillance camera, and a sign advising drivers it’s the law to stop for pedestrians!

Wow 3-4 weeks for a study ACs no update. Just install a signal already! This could have been completed years ago. Residents have complained for over a decade.

This is STILL A DANGER 4 years on....I repeat....the City is legally on notice if someone unfortunately WERE injured or God Forbid KILLED....we cannot keep WAITING for them to put the barriers back up. I have been courteous and patient waiting since early March of THIS YEAR 2023, for them to extend the bollards...they managed to put in NEW bollards BUT spaced them so close to each other that one can VERY (!) Easily pass the bus when it is stopping to dis-charge or take on passengers....I was told by our wonderful Council Person Mira Prinz Arey that they are "on order" and that they will keep on top of it...this is something that I can no longer just hope will get done...IT MUST or someone will be hurt or killed.... and I repeat as long as we keep hollering about it the city is liable if they do not fix it....

I've got 3 or 4 different tickets open about this matter. And they're just still never addressed..... Last week Jan 2024 PSE&G Fully remove them so now there is absolutely no pedestrian protection.... People who are getting off the bus are very vulnerable..... The bus has come to a complete stop. And as they cross into the crosswalk , they are frequently a dangerous been hit by people passing the bus on the left in opposing traffic lane... This has been ongoing for over a year now.... For a while they were put up, but they were put up too close. So you could still pass the bus.... Now they are completely missing
