Description

During last years flooding Lincoln Creek created a pool that doesn't empty when the creek recedes. It becomes a mosquito and disease breeding pond. Little kids play in it. The city needs to fill it in and block the creek from refilling it. More on the 26th Ave W. side just above 3rd Street.
