Description

When coming from the under the James Street railroad tracks, with the laundromat on the right, to the traffic light it does not always trip until a car comes from one of the other directions. It is very frustrating because sometimes the person at the front of the line will sit there for more than 5 minutes until another car comes along from another direction. It seems like the closer a car is to the center line the more likely it is that the light will not trip.
