Description

This pile of trash, stolen shopping carts, stolen belongings, and debris has relocated from one block east; it was previously removed by the City. It is not an encampment, but rather one man’s rubbish pile. The last dump caught on fire and lit the sidewalk and shrubs on fire. This one is just as likely to result in a fire. It needs to be removed ASAP.
