Why does this light even cycle to red? People driving on Ridge Ave don't have any traffic to keep an eye out for, so why is there a red light that lasts 5 seconds?
Sure, pedestrians wanting to cross would like a red light, and thats perfectly fine when they hit the button, but this light cycles red for quite literally 5 seconds then changes to green. Whats the point?
