Thank you for your report. The assigned construction site inspector will work with the developer to make sure the area long the Hightower Road right-of-way is adequately maintained. During construction, properties are generally not required to comply with the same mowing and maintenance requirements of other properties; however, we understand that lack mowing and maintenance along the roadway right-of-way can be problematic.
