I'm a new resident. When I called BWWB regarding my secondary meter for the sprinkler system, I was directed to Hoover Sewer @ 444.7523. I've left 4 messages over 5 days and have received no phone call. All I want to know is what is required of me to report the secondary meter and the process required to obtain the monthly credit.
