Reported Jeep before for having not moved in TWO YEARS. The people who own the Jeep were renting 1111 south. I witnessed them have a friend come over to tow the vehicle to the other side of the guest visitor parking circle. The vehicle is clearly inoperable. The windows have duct tape around them, the vehicle is packed full of boxes and the tags are set to expire this December. It has now been moved to the other side and has not been moved in 3 months if not more. It’s been over two years dealing with this car that has not moved, not to mention the owners are no longer renting in this neighborhood. The vehicle has not moved at all as it is inoperable. Please have it removed so it can stop taking up our very LIMITED guest parking.
