Not sure who to address this to. Is there a way to put the mobile police speedometers next to the 10 mph signs along the waterside of the sidewalk from Albert airport through Vinoy park for about a week? That would give bikers and motorized skateboards an idea of how fast they are really going. Bikes are traveling faster than the cars on the street which cars are at 20mph.
